Last Friday we took a short break from preparing for production of the LIVI MINI to spend some time on skunk projects during Fun Friday.
For e-bikes, motorcycles and scooters, falling over is the biggest cause of injury, especially among elderly. In our neighboring country Denmark biking is much more widespread than in Sweden and they have solved many of the the practicality issues with the classic Christiania-Bike (http://www.christianiabikes.com/) and in Sweden the mototorbike “Flakmoped” (http://www.google.com/images?q=flakmoped) has been in use for almost a hundred years without large updated to the design.
This concept is widely known as a cargo-bikes, and with a few exceptions, that name matches well with the design of these vehicles.
We think that market needs a safe and stylish 3-wheel vehicle. We have designed versions both as a tricycle, a pedelec e-bike and a class 1 electric motorbike.
First out the tricycle version of GOBIKE3:
– 26″ Wheels
– 7 Speed Gearbox
– Disc brakes front, Rim brake back
– Possibility to ad kids-seats, weatherproofing to flatbed
– LIVI MINI infotainment & driver assistance system

In the next couple of weeks we will start to roll out our B2B product line based on the LIVI Technology Platform.

Have a look at the Product Sheet for more information and don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.
The LIVI HandleBar is currently on tour in Asia, being shown to Motorcyclemakers, Technology Partners and Investors.
Last week it was shown to three OEMs in Taiwan and next week it will be shown to one Taiwanese and two Indian OEMs.
The response has been great and we are looking forward to take the concept to the next level together with existing and new partners.
Using the drivers smartphone as the main source for connectivity, processing and display of course means an unbeatable system cost, something that is critical on a price sensitive market.
Would you like to test it or help us make it better? Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org .
Today our 3D printed HandleBar parts arrived at the office.
We are now scrambling to assemble everything on the scooter to be able to do some full fidelity testing of active safety features in the next weeks.
We are also looking forward to bring the demo on a tour to customers starting end of April.
Do you know anyone who would be a good fit for our team? Send an email to email@example.com.
Greeting from a sunny (!) Göteborg.
Welcome to LIVI!
Traffic accidents are one of the largest public health issues in the world. Motorcycles and scooters in particular have a part in the 1.25 million yearly traffic fatalities.
Accidents are mainly caused by human error and not by a technical failure. (Studies have shown that only 3% are caused by vehicle failure, mostly punctured tires1).

We believe that in order to help drivers of scooters and other vehicles aviod accidents we need to introduce modern technology in scooters for active safety and driver assistance.
In order to have a market impact and drive adoption of the systems in markets where scooters are mostly used, they need to be affordable and come coupled with desirable and convenient features.
